CHALLENGE: What can Chilango learn from an operator in the same set operating globally?
APPROACH: A two-pronged approach incorporating extensive desktop research and analysis, combined with primary interviews with Pacific consumers to understand perceptions.
RESULTS: Development of a thorough report detailing the brand’s value proposition, customer demography, operational indicators, positioning, strategy, offer and marketing approach. This was supplemented by over-arching marketplace insight to contextualise findings, with recommendations on key learnings.
