CHALLENGE: To identify how pharmaceutical giant GSK should work collaboratively with its two main FM providers across the UK, USA and Canada, at the same time recommending how best to benchmark their performance
APPROACH: A series of over 30 interviews with facilities site leads (from both a GSK and supplier perspective).
RESULTS: Gaps in expectation were identified by cross-referencing scores for GSK’s opinion of the supplier’s performance versus the supplier’s perception of their own performance.
Our final report then rationalised and explained these variances via qualitative feedback obtained during the interview, and finalised with a series of robust and actionable recommendations.
