CHALLENGE: HospitalityGEM aimed to be seen as the market leader for guest experience management. Their reputation at the time was centred on the mystery diner market and, although they were seen as a reliable and reputable organisation, their other services remained less celebrated and virtually unknown to their target market.

APPROACH: elliotts co-ordinated the press office using HospitalityGEM’s industry insight to sell in profiles, feature pieces and news, while using thought leadership features to gain high quality coverage in major trade media titles such The Caterer and The Institute of Customer Service.

RESULTS: The campaign kicked off with a widely-regarded feature, on ‘Dining Alone’, for the Daily Express. A total of 110 pieces of coverage were secured throughout the project, with a reach of over 4 million, including a full page insights piece in M&C Report, a feature on ‘Recruitment and Training’ in Bar Magazine and a breakfast feature in The Caterer.
