CHALLENGE: To complete a Food & Beverage Concept insight project. To develop resident and non-resident patronage.

APPROACH: Visit multiple outlets and compare to their four major competitors, with an objective to support the development of new concepts and partnerships across Europe.

RESULTS: Our results highlighted the latest industry trends, recognised hot concepts and provided tangible actions for the brand to move on to develop their offering.
We met and surpassed our objectives, resulting in discussions on partnerships between IHG and various establishes and early-stage restaurant companies.
