CHALLENGE: To support the growth of food sales within the Loungers estate by encouraging new customers to visit and by inspiring existing customers to visit more often

APPROACH: Qualitative research across different geographies (North, South, Midlands) and gender, obtaining feedback on the entire deliver of the food offer such as menu, ordering, presentation, smell, taste

RESULTS: A series of findings and recommendations that helped drive important issues such as presentation, whilst recognising the quality of the existing offer
