THE BRIEF: 

Sustainably increase the volume of sales and customers across all pubs, via increased footfall and sph driven by local marketing support, a social media strategy, a marketing training programme and regional and national PR for the Upham Pub Collection and Brewery, brand pubs within the group.

THE DOING:
  • Branding session with CEO and senior team
  • Full audit (personal visit) of all pubs within the collection, Interviewed every GM to establish local context, customer behaviours, pub USPs and opportunities for growth
  • Desktop research on competitor landscape and market trends to develop a holistic comms strategy
  • Press office and marketing support line established for 7 day a week promotion and PR support.
  • Marketing Toolkit training guide produced
  • Brand Ambassadors elected & trained at every pub

 

THE DONE: 

On going delivery of events promotions, local marketing executions, social media community management, full press office & PR strategy, content planning, digital and CRM comms strategy, increased (and growing) customer base to boost bottom line revenue & grow brand affinity
